About us
Founded by David Liles in 2017, the business was born out of a wealth of experience in the property industry - from managing branches for a national brand to operating as a Purplebricks territory owner. In 2022, David established his own lettings and property management business to offer a more personalised, dedicated service across Chester, North Wales, and Liverpool.
With a strong network of landlords and clients who trust him to manage their property portfolios and investments, David has also expanded into estate agency services alongside lettings.
Living in Hawarden with his family, all of whom are also involved in property. David brings both professional expertise and a genuine passion for homes to his work. Living and breathing property means being available when clients need him most, not just during office hours. This round-the-clock commitment ensures that every client receives the support and reassurance they deserve during their property journey.
